Not bad... LOL. But you need to wear shoes and maybe gloves. Some shin protection would be great as well... heheh. Try to choose a pair of shoe that allow you to feel the pedal and give you a good grip. I am pretty sure, after that, you will be able to do it better... I discovered it when I was learning the rear wheel hop... LOL.
