Hi, I bought a really good road bike several years ago, but never really got into the mood of using it at full potential, haha, and now i'm 90kgs and increasing. hope i can get what i want in this community.

Hey Shah! I think you are definitely moving in the right direction here... LOL. Training track-stand alone is enough to make you sweat and ache. If not, then I am 100% sure hopping will get your heart pumping and take your weight down... LOL. You can easily do all the above on your road bike... better if your handlebar is the horizontal type.
